Delivery Policy: Depending upon the product, size and weight, shipment will be made via one of the following services: U.S. Mail, UPS ground, UPS air, FedEx Ground, or by Federal Express air services. Other carriers may be used by Musictote.com if deemed necessary. 4. Customer Satisfaction: Musictote.com strives to provide our customers with quality merchandise that meets expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Musictote.com, the purchase may be returned within 30 days of the transaction date of purchase. 5. Return Policy: In order to return merchandise and receive credit for your return, please follow the return policy procedure. a. Give us a call and obtain a return authorization number for your return. b. Return ship the merchandise via UPS or FedEx ground. Freight prepaid. Do not ship returns by US Mail. Any returns made by mail will be undeliverable and refused. c. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund your account for the purchase price of the item you originally purchased, refund will not include shipping and/or handling charges. Items shipped at a fixed price including shipping and handling will be refunded at that price less a $10.00 per item shipping, handling and restocking fee. 6. Online Privacy: Your correspondence with Musictote.com will be held in confidence. We collect only enough information from you to fill your order and contact you if necessary. This information is submitted by you, to us on a voluntary basis when you place an order. We do not collect any data or information about you when you are browsing our catalog.
