CCP, inc. warrants the MT-1™ system against defects in materials or workmanship to the original retail purchaser for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages (e.g., scratches or surface blemishes) or damage incurred by transportation or claims for damage due to abuse, improper maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, battery leakage or any other misuse. No warranty regarding incidental or consequential damages is provided. Maximum and sole remedy afforded is repair of replacement of the unit. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice must be presented to obtain warranty service. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from state to state. There are no warranties other than those expressed above. To obtain warranty service please return the product with a written explanation of the problem, and the original proof of purchase (transportation prepaid via UPS or RPS, no US Mail) for no charge repair or replacement at our option.
